Vodafone is now doing 3G and HSDPA on 900 Mhz in addition to 2100. Part of
the network has already gone live.

Hi jonathon,

 are you saying that voda phone are doing a 900 mhz  3g band or is that
their gsm band?
 I thought hsdpa  was a  a 3 g protocol.

Also, 3G/HSDPA is also happening on 900 MHz now. Here in New Zealand,
Vodafone are enabling 900 MHz cell sites with 3G and HSDPA because the lower
frequencies give better coverage than 2100 MHz.
