No Simon the $1,600 does not include the phone. That is just the software only! So in either case; 
You would have to pay $1,600 USD for the Software and then buy the phone. So in case of the N82; 
That would be a total of about $2,100. Then you have to pay for the screen reader transfer license 
on top of that or buy the screen reader if you do not already have a phone that you can transfer the 
license from.

So that could cost you upwards of $2,400 USD if you got a new screen reader, New phone, and the 
KNFBReader.
