You might try looking on Verizon's website, as I received the accessible
manual for my LG phone that way.

have you considered e-mailing Verizon or LG for an accessible version of the
manual for your phone? Be sure to be specific in your message regarding
format. For a sample e-mail I used to request a manual from Motorola,
check the archives from last weekend. If neither LG nor Verizon will
provide an accessible manual, then it might be time to file a complaint with
the FCC.
It sounds like though that a full review of the manual may answer many of
your questions.
