A Question about Mobil Speak or Talks

    I was wondering if  there are any Blind  accessible phones     that have 
the
mobile speak or Talks  in the phone without having to buy the package
separately.  If there is  such  a thing will it do everything that it's
supposed to do in other words will all of the talking features work on the
phone including text messaging.

I was also wondering if a Gps system  could be hooked up to any of the Blind
accessible phones.  Thanks.
