Go to the following web site and then to the mobile corner and after you are on that page; Go down 
to the 3rd Edition 3rd party software page. On that page; You will find two version of Talks. Try 
the 3.50.4 link. This will have Eloquence UK and US English files along with the manual and the 
Talks file. First you can install the TTS of your choice then the Talks file.
