AT&T and Mobile Speak

Stephen,
Trust me, I was astonished because I am used to getting hold of a person who
has no idea what a screen reader is and still thinks that the 6620 is the
current offering.
When the time comes I hope I get this same person or someone who also has
his knowledge.
Cy, the Ancient Okie...

Probably he just got a hold of a person who is a phone freak and just
happens to know about what series 60 is! That is not the normal for the AT&T
disability center.
