First of all; 2nd Edition software can not be ran on a 3rd Edition phone. So no the existing 
software files that you have can not be used for your new E62!

For a file manager; I would suggest YBrowser that you can find on the Blind Sea web site under the 
mobile corner and then 3rd Edition 3rd party software. You can also find Remind Me for 3rd Edition 
phones their as well. The YBrowser is free and remind Me you have to buy. Their is a recording 
package their as well.
