In the case of the ring tone and the contact name not being spoken; Please check all of your
contacts and make sure that number does not show up in any other contact.
Example: ICEMom +1-555-555-5555
Then having another entry like Mom cell phone +1-555-555-5555 would not work being the numbers are
the same in both contact entries. The name would not work and the same goes for the Ring Tone.
Next are you certain that the phone is locking up? Have you tried doing a Talks followed by a long
Clear and waiting 5 seconds and then doing a Talks clear to readload the TTS?
