Yes hear are some things you can do on your phone.
1. Turn off the keypad tones. This should help with the phone crashing and locking up.
2. As far as your ring tones not working for a contact. Make sure that you do not have the same number in more then one contact entry. When you press soft key2, does the phone tell you who is calling?
