A catasrophy in my nokia 6670

hi all:

on my nokia 6670, i tried to install an antivirus, can't remember its name,
after installing, i restarted the mobile,
but,,, mobile refused to open,
i  tried many many times, to  open it but with no success,
i removed my memory card and ncerted another one,
it can be opened for just  1 minute then close,
i tried just to copy what i need or to remove the antivirus, but failed,

i went to the nokia dealer,
and some people all said that, we must format it and install new software,
the problem, now is  i have  very important things in my notes, contacts an 
dmessages,
can't i find any other solution to save my data, and then  format or 
anything?
is there any use of Pc sweet in thsi issue or what?

please, i need your help.
