The update you are talking about has been out for 5 months or more. The 10.1.282 was dated from the
May time frame. So that is not new. I had that on my phone back in the August time frame. You are
correct; Their wasn't any differences from the version back in March of this year to that version.
How I got the 10.1.282 back in August was by unlocking my phone and then the firmware updater went
out and downloaded it. Keep in mind; This is still behind the Nokia unbranded firmware. That version
is 10.2.055.
