What! You do not even need to go through the menu to hear who is calling.

Just press the Left SoftKey on the front of the N75 and then flip it open.
At that point; It should
tell you who is calling.

You can also change your If Not Answer to a longer time. Cingular/AT&T
default is something like 15
seconds. I would suggest that you change that to something like 25 seconds.

Menu, Settings, Configure, Call forwarding, Voice Calls, and then Arrow to
If Not Answered and press
select. Then Press select again on Activate. Select Voice Mailbox and then a
screen will come up
asking for how long to wait. Arrow to 25 Seconds and press select. The phone
will come back and tell
you if it was done or not. I stay away from the 30 seconds because
AT&T/Cingular will change it back
to the default after a wile. They leave the 25 second time frame alone.

You could also turn on the Say Name option in the profile so the phone will
tell you who is calling
on it's own as long as the person is in your contact list.

Menu, Settings, Profiles. Then arrow to the profile you want to change and
press select. Arrow to
customize/personalize and press select. Arrow to the Say Name options and
press select. Now press
SoftKey2 to exit out of the profiles and keep doing that until you get to
the main telephone screen.
