Yes the N75 is a flip phone along with the Nokia 6290, Nokia N76 as well. All support the 850 MHZ 
GSM band that AT&T/Cingular uses hear in the USA. As far as that goes; They are quad band GSM phones 
so should work on any network as long as they are unlocked.
