Verizon Customer Service Competence

Annette, thanks for your response.  Maybe you or another Verizon user can
speak to this one:  Do you use your Q to access the Internet--for example,
from your train into the metro area?  What I'm trying to do is to make it so
the PDA I buy, using Verizon's network, can enable me to go online from
anywhere--even from a car or train--to do business or to exchange
information regardless of whether there is a wireless network in my vicinity
that would work with Windows.  For that I am ttrying to price Internet
access that would be added to a phone line.  Any idea how much this ought to
run?
