Thanks much for that tip.  Do you have any clue if disabling the active 
stand by screen is in any of the menus or how one might access that?  Maybe 
we'll bring the phone in to a store and they might know something about this

or maybe Nokia can help?  Any ideas would be most appreciated since most of 
the sighties around here need a little push in the right direction to find 
things.
