experiences, impressions, of Nokia N75 with MobileSpeak

I would think it's possible, though on the nokia phones, I'm not sure how
you would go about it. I know it can be done with phones running the windows
mobile operating system, I have actually done that. I bought a t-mobile sda
phone, it was unlocked, but it had the t-mobile firmware which I wanted to
remove if I could. It turns out that the i-mate sp5m uses the same hardware.
To get it to work, you first have to install a file that will allow the
phone to flash any rom, not just the rom that matches the i d of the phone.
Once that was done, I just ran the updater for the i-mate phone, and it
worked great. The phone is no longer branded to a certain carrier now, and
actually, this firmware is much more stable.
