Hi Lisa. If you have someone disable the Active Stand-bye screen for you,
you could have them also program one of the navigation keys so that simply
pressing it will launch Voice Aid.

It's a real pain, but what I have to do to be able to use my contact list is

activate the voice aid feature on my N75 phone.  I will give you the steps 
to do this if you want, but it is a pain and the whole while you are 
punching buttons with no speech.  Let me know and I'll give you the steps if

you want.
